Jonathan had five showings the first day I had listed with him and a signed contract from a prospect the next day! "Very impressive" is barely sufficient to describe his performance. A five star yes. Now the details, this was the probate estate sale of the my (seller) childhood home. Jonathan did his research before even coming out for the first visit. He knew the market details of the area and helped me every step of the way. He was very attentive to the details throughout the sale and kept me informed every step of the way. On a personnel note, this was tough for me with the passing of 2 parents in 15 days of each other. Jonathan was very supportive of my emotional state and I appreciate his efforts. Finally, not everyone can rock a bowtie like Jonathan.
Jonathan is an extremely attentive and knowledgeable realtor. I knew nothing about the home buying process going in to this, and Jonathan really held our hand throughout the entire process. He always responded in a timely manner, and never kept us waiting. We were in a very desperate situation to get out of where we were and in to a home, and he really helped us find something that we love. He is so nice and friendly which made the process even easier. We have had a small issue with the previous home owner and Jonathan is still checking in with us months down the road to make sure it gets resolved. He is great!
